Its mixing plate and blade use wear-resistant ally cast iron and its mixing shaft adopts ally cast steel with long service life. Aggregate, cement, water and additive are well stirred. The aggregate is measured separately by scale and the cement, water and additive are weighted by special weighing hopper to guarantee the precision and accuracy. Electrical control system uses industrial touch screen control and computer control to guarantee the equipment operating smoothly. What’s more, we offer custom-made service for our customers. To meet different working condition, we also design and produce heat preserving and precooling concrete mixing plant.
Pneumatic Batching Concrete Batching Machine
This batching machine uses pneumatic or electrical discharging gates in a rank. It can mix three or four kinds of materials. The aggregate is measured by electronic scale separately or cumulatively.
