HZS25, HZS35,HZS60,HZS90,HZS120 and HZS150 concrete mixing station, our leading product, is formed by semiautomatic concrete manufacturing equipment, including different forms of ZPL800,ZPL1200,ZPL1600, different mixers of JS500,JS750,JS1000,cement balance(selectors), spiral conveyor, etc.
The material mixing machine can finish 2 to 4 kinds of materials automatic mixing process. Water capacity is controlled by time relay, and concrete stirring task is finished by mixer. Material mixing machine, stirring machine, cement balance and spiral conveyor may combine into various types. For example: the types of loading feeding, manual feeding, and belt feeding for aggregate feeding;cement measured by number of packs(not calculated), add up cement and aggregate, individually calculate by cement balance; Output height of mixer is between 1.5-3.8m. The dumper receive the materials, it also be conveyed by concrete pump. Customer may choose any type.
