(1). Products type and applicable scope

HZS concrete batching plant is new generation concentrated mixing equipment developed by ZZHZ, combining many years’ concrete machinery manufacturing experience with international advanced technology. HZS concrete batching plant is widely used in producing all kinds of ready-mixed concrete such as city commercial ready-mixed concrete, concrete for water conservancy projects, power plants, railway, highway, tunnel, bridge, airports and construction sites. HZS concrete batching plant features modular design, double forced stirring shaft mix, WINDOWS interface control and main components with imported famous brand. To meet the demand of environment protection, powder materials conveying is in the sealing state.

(3). Structure brief introduction and working principle

Concrete batching plant is made up of mixer, material weighing system, material conveying system, material storage system, control system and other subsidiary facilities.

According to the structure, forcible mixer is divided into spindle planet mixer, single horizontal-axis mixer and condominium shaft mixer. Among them, condominium shaft mixer has best comprehensive performance.

Material weighing system plays a key role in deciding concrete quality and concrete production cost, is mainly made up of aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing. Generally concrete batching plant with 20m3/h productivity or below adopts the way of mixture weighing, namely aggregate (sand and stone) uses one hopper, cement and coal ash one hopper, water and liquid additive are weighed respectively, then put the liquid additive into water hopper to mix in advance. For concrete batching plant with 50m3/h productivity, independent weighing is usually adopted and controlled by electronic scales and computer. Aggregate weighing accuracy ≤2%, cement, weighing accuracy for powder, water and additive reaches

≤1%.

Material conveying is made up of three parts. a. aggregate conveying; at present concrete batching plant has two ways: hopper conveying and belt conveying. Hopper lifting features small land occupation and simple structure. Belt conveying features long conveying distance, high efficiency and low failure rate. Belt conveying is mainly suitable for concrete batching plant with aggregate storage bins, thus improve productivity. b. powder conveying; main available powder for concrete is cement, coal ash and mineral powder. Currently screw conveyer conveying powder is in general use, large batching plant also uses pneumatic conveying and scraper conveying. Scraper conveying features simple structure, low cost and reliable performance. c. liquid conveying mainly means water and liquid additive, they are respectively conveyed by water pump.

Available material storage ways basically are same. Aggregate for air storage (some large commercial concrete batching plant uses closed storage bins); powder is stored in fully enclosed steel structure silo; additive is stored in steel structure vessel.

Control system of the concrete batching plant is central nervous system of the whole equipment. Control system has different performance and configuration according to customers’ different requirements and the size of concrete batching plant. Usually small concrete batching plant for construction sites has a simpler control system, while large concrete batching plant has a more complicated system

(4). Supporting range and selection requirements

1. Users should provide power supply with 380V A.C, 3-phase, choose YHC type heavy rubber set cable, JS500 matched with 500V, 3x10Mm2 + 1x6Mm2, JS750 matched with 500V,3x16Mm2+10Mm2.

2. Provide tap water source, if no tap water source, please provide clean water source and 1-2 water drums with above 180L volume.

3. Choose disel dumper to collect mixing concrete or use mixer truck after modifying pump mixer frame.
