Type TJ-FDN-100 Super High-efficiency Water-reducing Admixture (Standard Type)

This product complies with China national standard of concrete admixture (GB8076-2008).

Its ingredient is β-naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde high polycondensate. With high dispersibility and low foaming feature, it is non air-entrainment super high-efficiency water-reducing admixture. Due to obvious potentiation of water-reducing-performance on concrete and perfect early strength, it can quicken the cycling of template and field; shorten the construction period; expedite the project progress; save the engineering cement consumption; greatly increase the fluidity of concrete; and also improve the workability of concrete. Without chlorine salt, it has no corrosion to concrete reinforcing. And this product has been widely used in road, bridge, tunnel, industry and civil building, mine, dock, water conservancy facilities, prefabricated components, general cement products, and other concrete projects.

I. Main Technical Performances

1. This product has two kinds of powder admixture and liquid admixture. The power one is chocolate brown; and the liquid one is brownish black. It has no toxicity or pollution, and is not inflammable.2. The addition of the powder one is 0.5~1.0% of cementing material; and that of liquid one is 1200~2500ml/100kgs of cementing material. The water consumption for mixture can be reduced 15~25%. The early strength effect is obvious: the strength can be increased 50~80% in one day and three days; 30~60% in seven days; and more than 20~40% in 28 days. 3. Under the same water-cement ratio, the initial slump of concrete can be improved more than 10cm, which makes the fluidity greatly increased.4. Under the condition of basically unchanged compressive strength of concrete, the cement consumption can be reduced 10~20% when adding this product.

For example, when selecting and using Wannianqing P.042.5-level cement, natural medium sand of 2.81 fineness modulus, artificial gravels of Φ5~31.5mm continuous graduation and compressive strength of greater than or equal to 105MPa and drinking water, it can prepare C50-level high-strength concrete.

5. This product can greatly improve the workability of concrete and various physical performances of concrete components.

II. Scope of Application

This product is widely applied into concrete projects, especially adapting to the following concrete projects: foundation concrete, mass concrete, flowing concrete, self compacting concrete, pumped concrete, steam-curing concrete, natural curing precast concrete, reinforced concrete and pre-stressed reinforce concrete, and high-strength concrete.III. Usage

Addition: The amount of adding this product is 0.5~1.0% and common amount is 0.75% (calculated as the percentage of dry powder to cement in weight). When preparing low-grade concrete or adopting slag cement, it is suitable for selecting and using the amount of 0.4~0.6% in order to save cement and improve economic benefits; while preparing high-grade and pre-stressed concrete, you had better select and use the amount of 0.75~1.0%.

IV. Best Method of Adding Admixture

Harsh Aggregate + Cementing Materials + Fine Aggregate + over 90% Water + Admixture and Residual Water + Fresh Finished Concrete

Stirring Dry Materials → Stirring Wet ones → Continuing to Stir ones → Providing ones with Construction

V. Packing and Storing

1. This product is 25kgs/bag, and is packed in plastic bag internally and in woven bag externally. The liquid one is packed in plastic drum or flexitank.2. The power admixture shall be kept in the dry place with precaution against dampness. But the damp one will not be affected on its effect, and can be used after proportioned to water solution.

3. The powder one has a service life of two years; liquid one has a service life of six months. If it is beyond its service life, it can be used again after the concrete mix and test.
