2 The character of technical performance: PP-R plastic aluminum stable pipe combines the advantages of PP-R pipe and metal pipe. Enables the composite pipe high rigidity, high temperature resistance, high toughness ,low linear expansion coefficient that recover the limitations of deformation when the plain PPR pipe use for stand pipe, unfoldinstall, and hot water pipeline.
2.1 small linear expansion coefficient:The linear expansion coefficient of PP-R aluminum plastic steady pipe is 0.03mm/m.k, only one in five of common PP-R pipe. (Common PP-R pipe is 0.15 mm/m.K), and it is near the metal pipe.
2.2 Anti Oxygen Permeability Since the high strength aluminum alloy protects the inner PP-R pipe like an armour, Starwin PP-R/AL Steady Pipe can completely prevent the outside air from running into the pipe. Therefore it keeps the water in the pipe free from oxygen and restrains the growth of algae.
