4.0 Test condition Unless otherwise specified herein, all measurements and tests shall be made at temperature of -40~125 and relative humidity of 45%~85%.

5.2 Insulation resistance Measurements shall be made following application of DC 500V potential across terminals and across terminals and frame for 1 minute. 100MOHM Min
5.3 Withstand Voltage AC 500V(50HZ or 60HZ)shall be applied across terminals and frame for 1 minute. There sall be no breakdown.
6.0 Mechanical performance
6.1 Insertion and extraction force Measurement shall be made after connecting and disconnecting using standard plug gauge 10 times. 89N
6.2 Terminal strength A static load of 300gf shall be applied to the teminal for 15 sec in any direction. Electronical characteristics shall be satisfied and without damage on excessive looseness of terminals.
7.0 Durability
7.1 Soldering test The tip of the terminals shall be dippeed 2mm in the solder bath at a temperature of 250+/-OC for 3+/-0.5sec. A new uniform coating of solder shall cover a minimum of 95% of the surface being immersed.
7.2 Resistance to soldering heat test Solder bath condition:solder teperature 260+/-5OC,immersion time 5+/-1sec, immersion depth up to the surface of the board thickness of PCB 1.6mm Without deformation of case or excessive looseness of teminals electrical characteristics shall be satisfied.
7.3 Life 2000cycles of operation at a rate of 15-18cycles per minute with unloading. (1)Contact resistance 0.03OHM max. (2)Insulation resistance 100MOHM Min
7.4 Heat test 80+/-2OC for 96 hours, test after keeping in normalcondition for 30 minutes. (1)Contact resistance 0.03OHM max. (2Insulation resistance 100MOHM Min (3).There shall be no singn of demage mechanically and electrically.
7.5 Humidity test 40+/-2OC 90-95%RH hours, test after keeping in normal condition for 30 min.
7.6 Soldering test At 20+/-3OC 90-95%RH hours, test after keeping in normal condition for 30 min.
7.7 Temperature cycling test In FIG, for 5 cycles test after keeping in normal condition for 30 min.
