We mainly have five models pyrolysis machine
LN-2800-6600,12 tons per batch capacity, 12 tons per day;

Process:
This pyrolysis machine, the process procedure is this: first load waste tires inside the reactor, then close the reactor loading door, make it sealed. Then start the fire, heating at the heating chamber with coal or firewood. When the temperature rises up to 220degrees, there will be oil gas coming out through the oil gas opening from the reactor. The oil gas comes into the oil separator. The heavy oil (thick oil with some residule) will come down and flows into the heavy oil tank. While the other light oil gas will comes automatically into the water cooling system, and be cooled down into liquid. Then the oil flows into the oil tank. So we got heavy oil and light oil.
During 220-280degrees, there will be large quantity of oil coming out.
At the same time, there will be little oil gas, the chemical name is generally C1-C4, or C2C4, they can't be cooled in normal way. So this gas will be recycled back to the heating chamber as fuel to heat the reactor. We named this gas as waste gas.
So at the first time, you use coal or firewood to heat the reactor, then during 220-280degrees, using waste gas to heat the reactor.
In average, per ton tires raw material, the fuel cost is 60kg. We take the coal or firewood as example, LN-2200-6000, 5 tons tires loading, then it costs 300kg coal or firewood.
And elctricity is less. Because this pyrolysis machine, the main power is the heating fuel costs. There is one speed reducer to let the reactor rotating so that it can be heated evenly. If not the bottom part which is heated long time will break soon. This speed reducer is 3kw. While there is another big electric part, the draught fan for the smoke processing. It pulls the smoke from the heating chamber (when burning coal or firewood, the black smoke) to the dedusting system to make smoke clean. This draught fan is 4.5kw. Other is one oil pump and a water pumo, it is 1.5kw, not use always.
So the total electricity costs, max is 10kw. LN-2200-6000, one batch, the working process is 6-8hours.
One set machine needs at most 4 workers. And the water is used circlely, use little.
So you can see, the main investment is on the machine and your raw material, tires or plastics.
One set LN-2200-6000, whole set, needs two 40HC containers to ship. our price is FOB LIANYUNGANG, CHINA PRICE. It is in Jiangsu province, it is the nearest port from our factory.
For the smaller model, the 2200-6000, the 2200-6600 reactor, the common thickness is 14mm. It is enough. Two years ago, the thickness is 10mm and 12mm. These two years it is 14mm. But only few customers order 16mm. If it is too thick, the heating costs more time for heating. Most time and fuel cost on the heating reactor plate.
For the bigger model, 2600-6000, 2800-6000, 2800-6600, the thickness is 14mm or 16mm, our suggestion is 16mm. Because the reactor is very big, when it rotating, the neutral position stands up for heavy weight. It needs to be thickner. The 12mm is not ok for the bigger model.

As for the waste tires, if truck tires, the rubber quality is better because the tires are not used again and again like bike tires or motor car tires. The oil percentage can be 45%. As for the plastics, the PE is best, any PE,like LDPE AND HEPE are good.The PP is also good.If pure PE, the oil percentage can be more than 65%.

Our pyrolysis machine, all five main models, the LN-2200-6000 and LN-2800-6000 are best sellers for Chinese customers and Foreign customers, when judging the investment.
When shipping to foreign countries, the LN-2200-6000 is better. Because one set 5 tons model, LN-2200-6000, needs two 40 feet high containers (40HC). While LN-2800-6000 needs one 40 feet flat container (40FR) and one 40HC. The 40FR is very expensive, more than 3-4 times than 40HC. Customers spent more on the sea feight. Our friends would like to spend more on machine rather than to the sea feight.
LN-2200-6000, one set, the sea feight to KOLKATA, INDIA, about 5000usd for two 40HC totally.
For the documents, there is no any special documents for indian port, only showing the contract, invoice. The scanned copies do work well.
