40 Vessels Microwave Chemistry Digestion / Extraction System

MASTER 40-vessel integrated digestion rotor is the latest high throughput microwave digestion.

Advantages:1. Through adopting innovative structure design, the vessel frame with integrated digestion rotor has enough strength for resisting the vertical expansive forces of all digestion vessels, and guarantees the success of chemical reactions in every digestion vessel under high pressure, accomplishing entire heating process in safe condition.

2. High strength vessel frame rotates in a chamber and makes the resonant cavity work in over-mode state, further, improves the evenness of microwave distribution in the chamber and guarantees the identity of reactions in all digestion vessels to some extent.  

3. Every digestion vessel is clamped horizontally in the vessel frame, so the vessel frame has enough strength for balancing vertical expansive forces when the internal pressure of vessels rises continuously, further, prevents the neck of a sample dissolving cup from breaking when a digestion vessel is inserted vertically in the vessel frame and without the protection of upper and lower external forces.

4. Air release valve and blowout membrane are adopted to air release and pressure relief, as eliminates a common problem of similar products that a digestion vessel may leak and fail to digest when air release and pressure relief relies on the deformation of its roof plate and the deformed roof plate can’t fully recover and isn’t airtight any more.

  

Professional microwave control technologies: 

a. Double industrial magnetrons (2 x 1,000W) are adopted, the highest microwave output power is 1,800W, and the installed power of complete machine is 3,600W.

b. High efficiency environment-friendly automatic variable frequency control technology monitors and compares the changes of the internal temperature and pressure parameters of reaction vessels, regulates microwave transmission power at the high frequency feedback rate of 1/200 second, and realizes closed loop control and non-impulse continuous microwave heating.

c. A microwave homogenization device is built in 40-vessel integrated digestion rotor to improve the evenness of microwave distribution in the resonant cavity.

d. According to strict authoritative microwave emission detection, the microwave emission value is less than 1mw/cm2 and conforms to related national and international standards, and the safety performance of complete machine passes CE certification of European Union.

Advanced and reliable reaction parameter control system:

e. Advanced piezoelectric crystal sensing technology is adopted to pressure measurement, effectively guarantees the full isolation of samples from the external environment during normal digestion, extraction and other processes, avoids the leakage of closed interface and the cross contamination of samples in traditional ideal gas (high temperature fused mass) pressure measurement system, supports one-key operation and has the measurement range of 0 to 10 MPa (1,450 psi) accurate to 0.01 MPa.

f. High precision platinum resistance temperature sensor and IR full vessel scanning are adopted to temperature measurement and monitoring, effectively monitor and control the temperature parameters of all reaction vessels, in the temperature range of 0 to 300°Caccurate to ±1°C. (High precision optical fiber temperature sensor is optional.)

  

Unique innovative high throughput digestion rotor:

g. The rotor can contain a 40-vessel integrated vessel frame structure for microwave magnetic field even mixing, and digestion vessels are clamped horizontally to obtain the protection of vessel frame and improve their vertical pressure resistance.

h. Every digestion vessel has the volume of 70 ml, outer vessels are made from high strength aeronautic composite fiber, while inner vessels from imported TFM material.

i. Dual overpressure protection and pressure relief mechanism: Vessel top blowout membrane supports “piercing” upon overpressure for releasing overpressure gas in time; vessel bottom adopts blowout disc overpressure “cutting” technology, and all reaction vessels follow the safe concept of “quantitative vertical blowout”, so any damage arising from instant indefinite explosive force generated by chemical reaction is avoided.

j. Individualized trolley for the distribution of integrated vessel frame and rotor can conveniently send a rotor loaded with digestion vessels to a chamber and take it out, relieving the labor strength of operators.
