 Shot blasting is a costeffective and environmentally friendly method for preparing concrete and steel surfaces. 

This labor and timesaving process strips, cleans and profiles simultaneously. It leaves the surface immediately ready for application of coatings or overlays-eliminating drying time and costly disposal procedures associated with other preparation methods. Shot blasting is the preferred method of surface preparation, recommended by most coating manufacturers. It produces excellent bondingcharacteristics that reduce coating failure and maximum floor life.

Dust collector

How it works:

Shot material in the lower part of separation box is from the feeding tube into the blasting components and driven by the motor. The high-speed rotating shot will be thrown and stroke against the surface of workpieces at the speed of 80m/s. And thus carry out clean-up operation. Under the effect of negative pressure, the shot abrasive and dust will be back into sand separation box where the shot, dust and impurities will be separated completely. Good shot materia into the blast is expected to continue to use.

 Road surface shot blasting machine working conditions:

1, face uneven degree <20mm; stagnant water and relatively dry; slope <25 °

2, Ambient temperature: -20 °C to 60 °C; steel surface temperature is greater than the dew point of at least 3 °C

3. humidity:

 a :steel surface blast when the relative humidity is greater than 90%

b: concrete shot blasting relative humidity less than 95%

4, elevation: 0 ~ 3000m; may not be in operation in the rain and snow)
