INTRODUCTION:
LX-1600SP Glass Washing Machine is used to clean and dry solar glass. It adopts horizontal transmission with 8
brushes pole cleaning and 6 sponge rollers absorb water and strong hot wind dry system.The machine is equipped
with a PLC to monitor many data of the entire washing process, such as water level, temperature, washing time.
So as to effectively guarantee the quality of the glass's cleaning. With low noise,smooth transmission, better
washing result, no apparent trace of water, adaptable technology, energy saving, safe and convenient operation.
So the machine is widely used in washing and drying architectural glass, processed glass, mirror, and other flat
glass.
BENEFIT:
1.PLC+Touched Lcd CONTROL SYSTEM, the machine can work automatically after setting. It has working state
LED tower to show the working state. Alarm information can be got from LCD. It has EMERGENCY system .
2.Three stainless steel water tanks with 3 separated heating systems, 3 separated pump. The temperature can be
set as 30~60C. The glass will be washed by the water from the 3 pumps step by step. At the last step, the water is
the fresh water from the third tank .
3.Fresh water ( you may use DI water) is designed to go into the third tank trough a adjustable switch (water-meter
can be added) , then overflow to the second tank, then overflow to the first tank. If the glass is too dirty, you may
add some detergent in the first water tank.
4.All the three tanks can be easily moved out to be cleaned manual. Each tank has one outlet for the waste water to
outflow.
5.The machine has one loading area, one unloading area, three-step washing area, and one drying area.
6.Drying system adopt the centrifugal blower and temperature controlled air heating system.
7.It can work at “MANU” or “AUTO” state. At “MANU” working state, it can wash the glass step by step
manually. At “AUTO” working state, the machine will wash the glass step by step automatically according to
the settings. If meets problem, it will alarm and the problem will be shown on the screen.
