HZQX001 Hydrocarbon Solvent V-type Cleaning Machine of Finished Bearing
This is a newly developed machine adopting advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology of Japan and Germany in solving the noise problem in bearing cleaning.
The cleaning process is as follows: automatic material loading, demagnetization,90°vetical spraying flushing,ultrasonic rough washing,high-pressure spraying,high-pressure fast spraying and ultrasonic fine washing.Finally,the bearing are blown with filtered air and dried with hot air.Featuring “W” channel design,small size and small floor space,the whole process can be automatically controlled with production efficiency of 3-5 s/set.
Hydrocarbon solvent is used in his machine considering its better cleaning performance conpared to kerosene and can be reused. It is residual-free and highly clean with good aridity after drying,low viscosity and small surface tennsion.
