SYQ-003 Bearing Shake Cleaning Machine
This machine is self-developed by our company, based on the leading technologgy and concepts regarding cleaning,imported from abroad,considering actual situation of component in domestic bearing enterprises.
This machine adopts the mode of upwards / downwards shaking the suspending basket which containing the components with high-pressure spraying, and combines the ultrasonic scanning technology,ensuring the cleaning effect to be more perfect. Main medium of this machine is the kerosene. By means of fitering circulation system, of which the performance and accuracy are reliable, the cleanliness of medium is ensured. Its filtering accuracy can be adjusted by changging its filter elements. Highest accuracy can reach 0.2μm.
