Application: double-roll slings are used in the lifting of double rolls.

Features:

  1.A gravity hoisting machine is used to control the opening and closing of the clamp. During its operation, the clamp holds the rolls between its legs.

  2. During the lifting of rolls, the supporting devices in the two ends of the clamp directly sustain the bearing blocks of the rolls. The clamp is able to lift rolls with 1 to 3 kinds of roll diameter. During the lifting of rolls with different diameter, insert-pull pins are used to adjust the height of support. The insert-pull pins are easy to use and reliable in performance.

  3. The internal jaws of the clamp that have contact with the rolls are lined with copper plates so as not to leave impressions on the rolls during the contact with them. 

Double roll drawings and dimensions of pins should be provided before design.
