1. How long has Riqi Printing Company been in printing business?

A. Riqi printing company is a family owned business that started in 1999, we also have full owned packing factory to provide integrated solutions. 

2. Do you have minimum or maximum quantities when ordering?

A. Generally we do a mininum of a 1,000 rolled labels or sheets ,for some special label, the mininum is even 5000 piece, and we have no maximum limitations to deliver in a short duration.By return of our clients sincerities.,please contact us when you have order less than our minimum quantities request, we will treat your hospitality into seriously consideration in a special offer. We do have lots of big jobs in our factory, we are also willing to apply our best service to all our small order clients and protential clients. 

3.How are my printing shipped?

A. We have China Registered mail, EMS, Fedex, DHL, Hong Kong air mail, DPEX, Aramex Special Express, sea shipping. Shipping fee bases on weight of parcel and destination. So the heavier your parcel is, the higher shipping fee you have to pay. Since receiving your payment, we’ll start to prepare goods. Usually we take 10 days to finish the preparing and then send them out. If all your items are in stock, we'll send it in 24 hours after receiving your payment. 

4. What method of payments are available?

A. 100% advance T/T for small amount < 10k dollar order; >10k dollar order 30% advance T/T, and balance against B/L before shipment. Yes, we accept Paypal, Moneygram, Alipay ESCROW, Western Union as well. As to Mastercard, Visa here in China are not acceptable by foreign cash control policy. moreover, US Dollar is our main currency. US dollar has the best negotiability in the world. Every currency can be exchanged to US dollars.So if your primary currency is not USD, you can still pay us USD in Paypal. For Western union, other currencies will be exchanged to USD then be transferred to us. For T/T, you can also pay us US dollars.

5.How long does it take to produce label printing?

A. printing labels can be shipped normally 10 workdays for repeat orders or from the time you approve a proof. if you have a deadline, please inform Riqi Printing service assistant for a special rush fees. 

6. Do you design labels?

A. Yes. we have english speaker designers in house for VI and VIS, they use Adobe illustrator CS.But, mostly our designers for domestic market more.
