It is a traditional handwork. Customized design is printed on paper. Then, printed paper will be cut into pieces. By skilled workers, the paper is pasted on foam ball. Finally, the paper wrapped balls are coated with resin to make it shiny. All material are environment friendly.
During the process, the temperature and humidity must be strictly controlled and monitored. With experienced stuff, we have been specialized in this field for 5 years. All quality is assured.
In this process, we develop glitter Christmas ball with decal, bead surfaced foam ball. Also, we could put LED light inside ball to make shining ball. The light could change color as your choice. MP3 music can be add into this ball too with sound control switch.
