(1): Examining on time, fixed point inspection, carefully recording
(2): Oil dehydration should not be left without people,avoid run oil(3): Oil collection and payment,approve process, prevent to take string
(4):Open first then close when switching the tank,prevent pressure-hold.
(5):Carefully check after emptying then revamping
(6):To hand over strictly and avoid mistake.
(7):check the Breathing valve regularly to prevent pumping flat
(8): Heavy oil heating should not exceed bid to prevent process boiling
(9):treat the pipeline run-out in time to prevent freezing.
(10):should accept visa when revamping new tank.
