1. Brief
This product is used for testing β-lactamase residue in raw milk. Sensitivity is as following Table 1, suitable for all kinds of enterprises and Inspection agency.

2. Components
1) β-lactamase colloidal gold rapid test strip (Including 1.5ml graduated tube with tablet, test strip, dropper, desiccant) (50 pieces/kit)
2) Manuals (1 piece/kit)
3. Sample preparation
1). Unseal the package ofβ-lactamase test strip, take out the 1.5ml graduated tube (do not take the tablet out of the tube);
2). Use pipette to take 1ml raw milk into the 1.5ml graduated tube within tablet, use dropper to mix fully of milk for 10s;(Before incubation, make sure tablet is fully immersion into milk)
3). Choose incubation time as above Table 1.
4). After incubation, use dropper to mix sample evenly for 10s, then use pipette to take 0.2ml (about 6 drops by dropper ) milk sample into gold Micro-well to test,
4. Test procedure
1) Unseal the package, take out the gold Micro-well and put it on heater;
If no heater, the test environment temperature must reach above 20℃. The frozen raw milk, with obvious granule, will easily lead to run the test strip un-completely, at this time, it must use heater or centrifuge to take the middle layer sample to test.
2) Use pipette to take 0.2ml (about 6 drops by dropper ) raw milk into gold micro-well, 2 minutes later, use dropper to mix the gold and raw milk evenly, 2 minutes later again, insert the test strip into gold micro-well (Put the end without yellow line into the micro-well)
3) Read the result in 5~8 minutes.
