Solution Making:
1. Add calculated sodium hydroxide and zinc oxide solid into the bath, agitate uniform, add water of 1/4 solution volume,
make it dissolved completely by agitating constant.
2. Add water according to situation, agitate.
3. Add 1-2g/l WT alkaline zinc plating purifier into the solution, agitate 2 hours, set aside for 4-5 hours.
4. Take sample to analyze and adjust process range. If other raw material are all alright, add brightener to start plating. If
layer is not good, electrolyze for several hours to start producing.
