Triplex Refining Plodder is designed especially for milling soap base and pressing soap bar during the production of toilet soap and transparent soap. As soap noodles into the hopper through 1st refining, the 2nd refining makes soap base thin and transparent, the 3rd refining send the soap bar continuously to the cutter and stamper.It is the key equipment of whole soap finishing line.
The machine has the function of two level refining ,filtering, cutting and pressing soap bar, and after vacuumizing, the third pressing makes the soap bar warm and extrude the soap bar. The following is the main features of the machine;
1).the frame of the machine is welded from square steel tubes ,which is with high rigidity and no deformation.
2).Adopting humanity design with the glass cover,the operator can observe internal working detail directly.
3).the speed reducer with processed hard surface gear , which is powerful, small, light, saves power cost and reduce the machines weight.
4).with material level sensor, controlled automatically.
5).all materials contacted with the soap base are made by stainless steel, it makes soap translucent and extremely fine.
6).the frequency adjusting controller is used for controlling the speed of refining and plodding to fit the whole finishing line.
7).with the safety devices for disassembling speed reducer and clearing worms, the special wrench makes operation and maintenance simple and easy.
8).each of the 3 barrels has the outlet and inlet for chilling water, it can control the temperature of each barrel efficiencyly.
9).all electric wires and cables connects with the machines by aviation plugs, it is more safe, simple and quick for operation.
