 Working principle of DG-200 pelletizer

Pelletizing plant is mainly made up of two parts: pelletizing and crushing, well-mixed materials are continuously feeding from the silo mouth to a pair of rollers, the gap between the two rollers can be adjusted , at the same time,in order to ensure the two rollers on the cavity can be completely right,one roller can be appropriate adjusted. Forming part of pelletizing plant is  mainly composed of motor, belt drive device, Hardened special reducer, coupling, transmission wheels, bearing, bearings, rollers, feed hopper and so on.

The function of crusher is to separate the plate shape materials  , and crusher is mainly made up of motor, transmission, gear, bearing, bearings, scattered teeth and so on.The material of roller is alloy steel, Scatter tooth material is stainless steel, main machine backplane and Bearing material are HT200 castings considering Anti-corrosion and stability . Hoppers and discharge place are made of stainless steel, other materials are Q235.

Surface hardness of roller reach HRC60-65 after heating treatment, but because of big extrusion molding,so the roller will be useless  after using it for long time.So the roller is easy to break, it will be changed after long production time.


Aiming at the problems of low production of double roll pelletizing equipment in the production process, poor abradability of the double roll and so on, the technical personnel of our factory have improved and adjusted the key process and relative technical parameters after many times of tests, increased the abradability of the double roll, increased the production evidently, friction coefficient of the material and the double roll small in the production, Low rising temperature, small power consumption, pollution-free.

 

Main technical parameters of DG200 fertilizer plant:

3.   Roller Material: use alloy forging, heat treatment process is  carried out by specialist. The pressure roller surface can be anti-rust wear treated with hard chromium plated.

6.  capacity: 0.8-1.2t/h

7.  finished product rate: Bian spherical60-90, irregular particle 30-60%
