rotary drum granulator can suit each kind of materials. It is suitable to produce different size fertilizers; It uses steam to heat the materials; So the temperature and moisture can be easily controlled duing granulation. and good process controlling conditions can be obtained.
rotary cooler is adopte in this design. The structure is almost the same with rotary drier.
In order to meet the needs of large scale production, a fuel oil heater is adopted in the design .The air heater produces hot air and supply the hot air to the drier .a spray fan is equipped for the hot air heater.
