Main purpose and features:
This series dry granulator set is the equipment which can make the dry-powder chemical materials into granular products by the process of desaeration, tabletting, pulverization, granulation, sifting, etc. All the parts touched with materials are made of stainless steel or Ti materials with the good corrosion-proof property.
Application:
Chloro-isocyanuric acid (including sodium dichloroisocyanurate, teichloroisocyanuric acid) kinds of products is the derivant of cyanuric acid.
Working principle:
(1) All dried powder materials are fed from the top of dry granulator and then enters into flaking machine after pre-flaked, the materials will be squeezed into flake by double shaft. After that, the flake materials will be smashed, granulated and siftted into granular products.
(2) Materials will be molded by machine compression without any damage of chemical performace and no reduction of effective content. Whole process is closed without any impurity entered. The purity of products is high and there is no pollution to enviroment. The production process is automatic which is suit for large-scale production.
