It is developed independently by our factory ,adopting American and Italian technology.
It is composed of standing base,twin props hydraulic lifting apparatus(upper beam,lifting
shelf,fixed mouth of discharge barrel),main oil cylinder,platen,hydraulic pressure stands,electric
cabinet.
The height of discharge barrel is 0-900mm.The piston can stop at any position and work under stable pressure.
The diameter of platen and barrel are designed by your requirement.
The seal device of platen can realize functions of air isolation,no returning charge,
the full drainage of material.
Process: Use rubber tube to connect with the discharge hole.
The piston rod hydraulic drive the platen to make downward movement.
The platen powerfully extrude the gel in the barrel.
