DESCRIPTION
It is used in homogenizing, disperse for low viscosity emulsifying liquid and manufacture of emulsion, which is suitable to most of recipe requirement. Special rotor and stator bring out strong shearing, rubbing, strike and convection effect which make oil water emulsifying grain reach stable condition (1-2 m)
NOTICES
1. The machine length dimension is standard length. If you need to lengthen or shorten, we can also do it
2. The best position of mechanical length is emulsifying groove and it is best into 60% of effective liquid from surface
3. When choose emulsifying mixer, please consider the following reference: volume, viscosity, time, temperature, and purpose.
4. Bearing of emulsifying machine in liquid adopts self-lubricated bearing and it is forbidden to start up when liquid is lower than bearing to avoid damage of bearing
5. Correctly parameter is with supplied practicality accurate. If there are any amendment, please let me know before producing
