Bubble Cap trays have numerous applications in refinery and gas plants, due to their effectiveness over a broad range of flow conditions and low susceptibility to fouling. FXSINO provides both standard and custom designs.
It has riser and chimney fitted over each hole and cap that covers the riser.The cap is mounted so that there is a space between riser and cap to allow the passage of vapour. Vapour rises through chimney and directed downward by the cap, finally discharging through slots in the cap, and bubbling through the liquid on the tray.
