Properties:
DH-EVA modified chlorinated EVA, a resin of copolymer of Chlorinated
ethylene vinyl acetate, especially designed and developed for
gravure compound ink for plastic film and adhesives that mainly involves
in chlorinated polyethylene resin. By contrast with traditional chlorinated EVA,
DH-EVA comes in the following advantage:
1, Separately soluble in Benzene or oil/fat solvent.
2, Good solubility in oil/fat, suitable for environmental and friendly gravure compound ink with benzene free
3, Low viscosity, good solvent release, low solvent residue, suitable for the print from low speed to high speed.
4, Good resin re-solution, high transfer ratio, no plate blocking
5, Improve the ink property, increase the saturation of the color ink .
6, Improve dispersion and water affinity of pigment
7, Great adhesive force, high compound strength . Suitable for dry compound and flowing extrusion compound.
