Maszyme DL100 is using an improved alpha amylase enzyme as core and mixed with a multiple of additives to form a complex enzyme specially designed for desizing on Cotton fiber, Fibrilia, Novamat etc, cellulosic fabrics and its blend.
Applied Direction:
Applied to be used for color preservation purpose and also good soft hand feeling for medium and heavy weight garment.
Product Characteristics:
1. Clean desizing result.
2. Prevent the formation of washing marks.
3. Bouncy and softness hand feel after washing.
4. Good color preservation.
Application:
Maszyme DL: 0.5-1.0% owf
Bath ratio: 1:8-10
Temp: 50-60 c
Time: 10-15 mins
Drain the bath empty and rinse once more with cold water.
