1. Brief Product Introduction:
The product is a kind of neutral liquid parting agent for rubber which is combined with various surfactant, brightener and accelerant, for the purpose of making the rubber surface bright and clean and no adhesion instead of talcum powder and suds. And it is widely used in fabric hose, oxygen hose, rubber plates and other rubber products. Besides, the product can be also used for isolation between rubber strip when strip cutting and coiling after the film milling.
2. Performance Index:
1. Appearance: yellowish-white to milk white semitransparent liquid.
2. PH: 7.0-8.5 (1% aqueous solution).
3. Solubility: Easily soluble in water as any ratio.
3. Usage and characteristics:
1. The product can take the place of talcum powder for reducing pollution and incidence of occupational diseases.
2 The product can make effect of slippery and reducing adhesion in the process of production for increasing working efficiency.
3. After vulcanization by using the product, the rubber products will not be sticky.
4. The prepared aqueous solution by using the product can rapidly cool down rubber for reducing the working time.

4. Recommended using method:
1. To increase or decrease the dosage of this product according to different gel content. (higher gel content, less dosage of the product; lower gel content, higher dosage of the product)
2. Before vulcanization, you should dip, spray, brush the original solution or 1:2-4 aqueous solution when extruding. And then, vulcanize into the vulcanizing boiler.
3. When water vulcanization, you can properly add the product in sink, which can reduce the time of vulcanization and achieve the purpose of no adhesion and brightness.
4. After vulcanization, you can dip, spray to cool down and brush by using 1:3-5 aqueous solution, which can make effect of saving time and bright appearance.
5. According to conditions, you can add the product into the prepared solution, until it is invalid, please replace the solution.
Note: Above is recommended dosage, the user should adjust it according to specific conditions for getting the best cost efficiency.
5. Packing and storage:
1. Packing in 200kg/drum, 50kg/drum.
2. Storage temperature: ≥10°C. When storing it in low temperature, if solidification appears, please heat it. After melting, stir it evenly, that will not affect its performance.
6. Attentions:
The product is non-toxic, non-combustible. But we can not guarantee that every one can adapt it.. And please go to hospital for treatment if bad reaction appears.
