The JNT-3A active carbon desulfurizer is made of coal-based active carbon, it has large specific area and large amount of microspores and transition pores with few large pore, simultaneously it is a modified active carbon also combined with some alkaline metals and the alkali-earth metals. The efficiency of desulfurization of the active carbon has been raised through modification, and its functions of the selective adsorption and catalyzation of organic sulfurs have been further enhanced by adding some highly effective active ingredents. Through the above mentioned treatments, the JNT-3A is dried, activated and then a normal temperature fine desulfurizer with high efficiency has been prepared,COS in the gas (down to 0.03*10-6)
