DCF-321 is fattyacid ester emulsion type anti-foaming agent useful for paper coating
color without cratering. DCF-321 isapplicable for wide range of the concentration of
the coating color and prevents the foamingtrouble caused by the recycling of the coating color at
the coating process. DCF-321 is effectivefor the coating color for temperature
sensitive papers and the coating color forpressure sensitive paper.

Advantages
DCF-321 exhibitsexcellent anti-foaming ability for suppressing the foaming of
recycled coating color at the coatingprocess. It is applicable from the low concentration color for
air knife coating to the highconcentration color for blade coating.
DCF-321 will make less craterings.
DCF-321 willmake coating color pass screen more easily and improve the efficiency
of eliminationof foreign object, which means it prevents streak trouble.
DCF-321 will make smooth uniform coated paper without foam marks.
Applications Information
DCF-321 is applicable atsupply tank or service tank of the coating color.
DCF-321 is normally usedin the level 0.1-0.5 mass % to the solid mass weight of
pigment.
DCF-321 is recommendedto apply without dilution.
If necessary, DCF-321 can be applied withdilution by 2-10 times water. Diluted
solution must be stirred continuously formaintaining homogeneous solution.
If DCF-321 would besolidified, the effectiveness will decrease. Store at 5-35°C
Handling precautions
Local ventilation isrecommended.
Wear protectiveeyeglasses, protective glove, or goggles on handling.
In case of contacts withskin, wash thoroughly with soap.
