JINHASS K-175 Acrylic Processing Aid
Product instruction
JINHASS K-175 is an acrylic processing aid with lubricant performance. It can
be used separately or with other processing aid to promote PVC fusion. Its acrylic
composition enables JINHASS K-175 processing aid to provide external lubrication
without imparting the incompatibility often found in PVC compounds containing
conventional lubricants. JINHASS K-175 processing aid is a valuable ingredient in
clear PVC formulations for applications such as blow-molded containers and calendered or extruded sheet. Opaque PVC formulations containing JINHASS K-175
processing aid are used for siding, high-flow injection-molded parts, pipe fittings
and pipe and conduit.

Typical Properties
Fusion promotion:
As shown in Fig.1, JINHASS K-175 could promote PVC fusion greatly that the fusion time is
shorter than that of foreign competitor’s product at the same dosage. TheBrabender fusion
curve of JINHASS K-175 is very similar with that of competitor, but K-175 displays a little
shorter fusion time than competitor (Fig.2), which means JINHASS K-175 could replace the
foreign competitor’s product in the process.
Formulation: PVC (SG-5) 100phr/Lead salt stabilizer 4.5phr/CaCO3 10phr/TiO2 4hr/Processing aid 1.0phr
Testing condition: Brabender plasticorder, 170°C, 60g sample, 45rpm
