1. Introduction

HY container desiccants are the new generations of transport protection for the reduction of dew point and control of condensation. Their innovative designs allow water vapor to enter the interior of the bag easily and will not leak, escape or spill.

There are three types. Hyperdry Desiccant , Fiber-type and Mineral-type.

2. Characteristics

“Hyperdry Desiccant” is a new formula container desiccant from SHMM. It is a first-rate option for securing ocean freight cargo as it can absorb moisture and reduce humidity levels inside containers prevent the cargo from moisture damage. By combining several super absorbent polymers, this proprietary product maintains exceptional absorbent capacity in high-temperature, high-humidity environments with absorption rate 200% - 350%.Fiber-type

1)      Natureal plant fiber sheet, 100% degradable, safe and secure to human body and environment

2)      Adsorption rate can reach 120% of its own weight (37,90%RH)

3)      Specially designed for saving space and convenient use in container. Fiber-type One has a plastic hook, easily hung up in container.

         Fiber-type Two is a foldable one. When used, it can be outspread as a blanket to cover on top of the cargoes in container.

4)  Cover stock (bag material) is a special non-woven developed by ourselves, which has good permeability for moisture, whereas not reverse water from inside.

 Mineral-type

1)      Natural mineral granule, 100% degradable and friendly to environment

3)      Plastic Hook designed for convenient use in container

4)      Two-layer cover stock(bag material), inside is Tyvek paper, outside is non-woven
