New generation polycarboxylic ether hyperplasticiser for high performance concrete/admixture for precast and premixed concrete
Poly Carboxylic Acid Super Plasticizer ZJ-104
This is the third generation high-performance and eco-friendly poly carboxylic acid plasticizer. It has low hydrophobicity, high slump retention ability and high water reducing rate (more than 30%). It is best used in the mixture of low water ratio concrete. Apart from the save of cement, it can further lower cost by mixing slag or flash ash in replace of cement. The product meets the standard of Poly Carboxylic Acid Super Plasticizer JG/T 223-2007.
1. Application Scope
1) Mixing high-performance, super and extra super concrete, such as cast-in-place concrete, pre-cast concrete, pre-stress concrete, early strength concrete, high flowability concrete and pumped concrete, used in the building project of traffic systems, railway, water conservancy, ports, industries and civil facilities.
2) Used as raw material in the mixing of concrete additive.
3. Usage Method
1) The range of hydrophobicity is 0.15~0.35% (measured by the quantity of cementing material), and the measuring shall be accurate. (If required by some specific project, a different mixture schedule may be adopted.)
2) Mix directly into the concrete mixing machine based on the measurement.
3) Perform necessary trial-mix of concrete when first using this product or changing cement type.
4) While mixing high-strength concrete, control the silt content in the yellow sand.
4. Handling Notes
1) This product can not be mixed with naphthalene plasticizer.
2) When changing cement type or using a new cement type for the first time, do a cement compatibility test.
3) Enhance maintenance and protection in accordance with construction specifications, like in normal concrete project.
5. Package and Storage
1) 1000KG tank (or other standard packages per customers’ requirements)
2) Non-dangerous goods, stored in shade at room temperature. The shelf life is twelve months. When out of date, eligibility test must be performed before use.
