5. is based on aliphatic brominated additives. Designed to provide self extinguishing properties in polystyrenes resins. Hexabromocyclododecane(HBCD) contains 50% of highly stabilized active ingredients.

6. Flame retardant additive applications:
This concentrate designed to give self extinguishing properties for polystyrene resins, specially for extruded Polystyrene Foam (XPS board).
7. Flame retardant additive level:
The recommended loads for achieving DIN 4102 B1 and NF P 501 Polycarbonate powder HBCD M1 standards in extruded PS are 4.0-5.5%.
The exact loads are depending on viscosities of selected resins, process condition etc.
8. Flame retardant additive processing:
This material is heat sensitive and can be processed at temperatures up to 230°C.
Immediate purging is recommended when stopping the production process and at the end of each run.
9. Flame retardant additive packaging Detail: 25kgs paper-plastic bag with plastic lining. Storing in cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. Avoiding insolation and heat in case of decomposing and metamorphism.
10. Flame retardant additive delivery Detail: in 5 days after receipt of TT payments.
