5,Notes
1. The copper luminous clean should closely control time and the temperature, in order to avoid excessive corrosion or bad luminance phenomenon.
2. The pickling solution must increase the right amount sulfuric acid frequently in case of the acidity weakening, lengthens the time of deoxcidation layer.
3. When the period of use is long, it will present the radiance to be bad, have hard spots on the workpiece or treat welding mark unclean, suggest replacing tank liquor. Frequently examine and contrast the normal parameter of copper luminous agent, when insufficiency, supply it to achieve the best luminous effect.
6,Supplement and replacement
Rock when immersion in order to avoid the excessive corrosion and white marks.
When the acidity is lower than 10, supply 98% sulfuric acid in proportion, the supplement quantity for the gross weight 2%.
When the hydrogen peroxide solution density is lower than 25, supply in proportion the copper luminous agent IC-G108 original fluid, supplement quantity for the gross weight 1/4, or replace the tank liquor completely.
