Products description and usage
1>. XYAE series is an alkaline formula containing alkyl epoxy carboxylate.
2>. Alkyl epoxy carboxylate is a non organic phosphonate CaCO3 inhibitor.
3>. It is the main component of XYAE series technology, and used as special scale inhibitor.
4>. XYAE technology is a great breakthrough in the control of calcium carbonate scaling .
5>. This product needs to be combined with corrosion inhibitor to control corrosion when PH value in the open cooling water circulation system is 7.8-9.0.
6>. Alkaline XYAE formula can be applied widely.
7>. It can control the scaling and deposit very well even if the LSI is 2.8.
8>. Organic phosphate scale inhibitor is easy to break down in the conditions with chlorine. That will result it invalid to control carbonate. Dosage
XYAE series product's effect depends on many factors, such as potential scaling conditions, especially in a given installation conditions.
Choose different chemicals and the dosage according to the water hardness, alkalinity, PH value, concentration ratio etc.
Sometimes, need to add corrosion inhibitor because of different kinds of heat exchanger.
Sometimes, can add less or don't need to add corrosion inhibitors with high calcium or alkalinity.
XYAE product should be added to the place where it can be rapidly mixed with plenty of cooling water .
Dosage is usually calculated according to blowdown flow rate. (Normally 80-120PPM ).
In order to get the best effect, XYAE product should be added without dilution. If must be diluted, it should be diluted with low hardness water.

Storage: XYAE product should be stored under the condition of middle level temperature,avoiding freezing. If frozen, it should be completely thawed and fully mixed before use.
