Ceramic Proppant is also well known as Ceramic Sand or Fracturing Proppant, which is key materials used in Oilfiled/Gasfield to stimulate production. Proppant with different Property will have different effect on Production of Oil and Gas. Genrally, higher strength will cause higher production. It an be divided into different Series according to Anti-Crushing Strength, Grit Size, and the Bulk Density, Please fins below the detailed Specifications:

Packing
All our products are packed in 1500kg tote bags. The bags are made of double layer pp material, in addition to a plastic inner bag. For severe weather conditions like in Siberia, an additional plastic outer bag is used for further weather protection.
Quality Control
Strict QC measures are being carried out at the plant. We are an ISO certified manufacturing plant with a dozen QC check points during the production process from selection of raw materials to final inspection. Products must pass the final inspection before they are packed and shipped out.
Capacity
Our current production capacity is more than 40,000mt per month. In the meantime, new investment will add two more production lines and bring the total annual capacity to 60,000mt monthly by end 2011.
