Optional Cable door lock adapter :
The basic installation steps for cable door lock adapter:1. Mount cable clamp bracket in a location where actuator can operate in a straight line and cable housing will not crimp.
2. Snap cable housing into clamp bracket using the snap-in clips provided.
3. The cable housing needs to be removed on the section in between the snap-in clips. Housings usually have three layers- the outer sheath,an inner metal coil, and an internal plastic sleeve. The black outer sheath can be removed using any sharp blade, but the inner metal coil must be removed using wire cutters. The internal plastic sleeve can be easily removed. Be careful not to nick or cut the cable inside.
4. Mark the cable and housing after it’s been cut in case it needs to be removed for any reason. This will make precise re-assembly possible.
