1. Technical Standard
a. The maximum hourly production rate: 2.5MT
b. Mesh size of superfine rubber powder produced: 40-200 mesh
(40-60 mesh 40%, 80-200 mesh 60%).
c. Factory area:
Requirements for workshop: 2,700 sq.m (including manufacture building and office)
Length×Width×Hight: 90×30×8 M
d. Requirements for power: 380V, 1260 KVA
e. Cycled cooling water: About 120 Cu.m per hour
f. Employees: Each team 10 workers (For 24 hour running, need 3 teams)
2. Quality Standard:
Our technoligy of producing superfine rubber powder with pulverizing assistant under
normal temperature is a physical process. It does not change raw materals chemical
property, so the chemical property of rubber powder is determined by its raw
materal.The major physical standard is as follows:
* The percentage of mesh (according to the requirements of clients, production line can be adjusted to meet different meshes): range from 60 to 200 mesh, Max portion of 200 mesh: 50%.
* Moisture content: <= 1%
* Ash content: <= 8%
* Metal content: <= 0.1%
