Detailed Product Description
The triplex rubber extruder consists of two or more sets of pin barrel cold feed extruders,and the extruders are aligned at sloping angle on vertical plane,head is of oblique-clamp mechanism with hydraulic operated,the machine is laid out compactly and reasonably,with high safety and reliability.Duplex(triplex/quadruplex) extruders are mainly designed for the co-extrusion of tread,sidewall or apex with different compounds.
The machine could be used for co-ertrusion of tread and sidewall from one head for the production of bias tire.
