In wet process, first, make the raw material to be the slurry containing 32% ~ 40% water. Then put the sluury into the rotary kiln to calcine. During calcination, the water is evaporated. Because the slurry moves in the kiln, so the material is blended evenly, that’s why the prodction is in high quality.
Besides, in the whole process, less dust will be caused. Another advantage, water wil give wedge effection to material, so the wet process kiln works with high efficiency.
