 If less than container load, the price terms becomes EX-Works.                    

 2> Payment terms:   

 for initial order, 30% advance payment before mass production and balance by T/T before shipment onboard;for repeat order, 30% advance payment before mass production and balance by T/T at scanned or faxed copy of B/L;              

 3> Delivery: For initial order, 45 days after 30% deposit received; for repeat order, 30 days after deposit received.
