· Materials: stainless steel, carbon steel, spring steel, aluminum and brass
· Process: laser cutting, die stamping, CNC punching,, CNC shearing, Welding, Bending & metal fabrications, etc.
· Applied software for specification drawings: Pro/E, auto CAD, solid work 2001, CAXA, UG and CAD/CAM/CAE
· Precision machine: normal punch press 5 to 300 tons, turret punch press, (laser) cutting machine, hydraulic bending machine, hydraulic shearer, welding machine and test facility
· Surface tratement: SS polish is like 8K, No.4 and hairline zinc/nickel/chrome plating, hot galvanized, painting, PVC powder coating and dichromate plating
· Products range: furniture parts, decorative hardware, radiator parts, metal cabinet, instrument parts, auto parts, electric equipment parts and construction hardware
