equipped with a batch of international-level and state-level forging facilities such as a PZS 900 8000-Ton electrical screw press made by WEINGARTEN, Germany, and a system of counterblow hammers of 63TM, 40TM, 25TM and 16TM made in China. HYFC is able to produce die forgings under 2500mm for rods, under φ1000mm for disc and isothermal forgings made of titanium, aluminium and superalloy and various punching parts, under 1200mm for rotating and stator blades, to roll rings of φ100-2200mm and under 250mm in height. For precision casting HYFC has medium complex structure made of carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze and superalloys. The company has more than 300 engineering technicians, and has established a province-level enterprise technical center and a computer aid design center. It has a complete set of facilities for forging and casting manufacturing, die making, heat treatment and physico-chemical measure and test.
