Dalian Ganjingzi District Binglin Riveting and Welding Plant
Is located in Beihai industrial park, MaoYingZi Town , Dalian Bay ,Dalian GanJingZi District, covering 25600 square metre. The company mainly manages coking, smelting, port machinery, etc, including various kinds of steel structure and welding production processing, maintenance and surface treatment. The leading products are the plug weld pieces of coke guide machine, coke pushing machine, interest focal car, and casting equipment, hoisting equipment, steam turbine generator inside and outside cylinder, ship unloaders etc.
The factory presently has the NC floor type milling, vertical lathe, hanger bridge cranes, three rollers symmetrical polishing-edge, hydraulic steel shot blasting cleaning machine, hydraulic sheet metal cutting machine, CNC cutting machine,gear hobbing machine, milling gear, gear grinding machine, simple columnar vertical lathe and other advanced production equipment and production line.
The management personnel, technical personnel, rivet workers, electric welders, dozen grinders, the dioxolane welders, gas planers, surface treatment workers, electricians and other various ancillary preparation workers are conducted in accordance with production needing to be equipped, owning technical department, QC department, supply and Marketing Department, production department and finance department.
Since factory was founded in April 2002, establishing a long-term friendly cooperative partnership with DHI.DCW Group Co.,Ltd, and Dalian Hitachi machinery equipment Co., LTD., successively undertook the welding production of DHI, DCW group and Hitachi machinery at home and abroad of heavy machinery manufacture engineering. With DHI, DCW group cooperation in several years, the production we provided has excellent quality, the characteristics of production completing on time wan acclaimed and the factory is involved in DHI group management system. The factory is one of the latest promulgated ten key manufacturers in DHI, DCW group, gaining in thousands of tons above, 2010 factory has achieved output of RMB 90 million.
