Sand Casting (resin sand, ordinary sand): It is mainly for the production of small and medium-sized iron castings; the maximum weight of the products can be up to 3 tons, and the minimum weight is 100G. Currently it is mainly produce various types of alloy steel and cast iron pieces.

Hebei Hongye Machinery Co.,Ltd was founded in 1947and was then awarded as one of the pivot enterprises of the former China Machinery Ministry and the national secondary measuring unit. We are located in the famous "Casting Town of China" -----Botou City, Hebei Province and are adjacent to the Beijing-Shanghai Highway and No.104 national way. Restructuring into a shareholding company in 2001, Hebei Hongye Machinery Co., Ltd has transformed into a high-tech enterprise in Hebei Province with main business of Machinery ranging from R & D, manufacturing to trading and service areas. HONGYE owns more than 1000 sets of machining equipment, such as machining center, numerically controlled lathes, jig borers, lathes for production of high-precision instrument, spectroanalysis instruments, numerically controlled press equipment, heat-treating facility.
Hebei Hongye Machinery Co.,Ltd has testing apparatuses such as nationally advanced static water volumn flow measurement device, sonic speed nozzle method and standard gas flow meter testing equipment, and advanced nondestructive testing devices. HONGYE is the testing station for flow instrument in Hebei Province. Meanwhile, HONGYE owns sole national testing device for the performance of vehicle heaters.
HONGYE has advanced Silicasol Investment Casting production line, Sodium silicate & Silicasol Composite Casting production line, as well as the advanced United States furnace fast analyzer and mechanical properties testing equipment, which can ensure the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the products. At the same time, non-destructive testing equipment is available to get the reliable guarantee of the products’ quality. The company has the conditions to produce various kinds of stainless steel, carbon steel and other alloy castings, with the monthly production capacity of 120 tons. The types of products are pump castings, valve accessories, hardware and other mechanical parts.
