Ceramic acid & abrasion resistant bracket is a new breakthrough using ceramics replacing steel or plastic and a new-generation bracket product, developed by experts of our research department using scientific formula and high-temperature baking after continuous experiments.

d. With oxide film formed on the surface of ceramics, it wont stick or react with any substance. Sink-shape bracket can get rid of substance on the belt. It has features of big power, small resistance and good effect on the belt. As for two-part bracket, it can lower the pressure of bracket onto the belt. Besides, the equipment of empty inside the bracket makes the substance stuck on the belt fall off by itself without sticking on the bracket, which can prolong the life-span of bracket.
e. Long life-span: it is 2~3 times of life-span as of steel bracket. Besides, it can reduce the resistance on the belt, which make belt wont go off to the sides, and thus prolong the life-span of the belt.
