   2. THICKNESS 

Our sticker is made by 0.16mm vinyl material.

Most of the sticker factory only use 0.6-0.1mm vinyl material(include the surface protecting film) ,but we use 0.16mm Taiwan factory material, it is more flexible and durable .

STEP 2: Folding the cheaper material, you can feel the material is rigid, and when you bend it, it just like a spring. the picture showed we bend it 180 degree.

STEP 3: When you bend jjc sticker, you can find the material is much softer. the picture showed we bend the jjc sticker 180 degree.

STEP 4: After we finish these two steps, you can find the jjc sticker is recover after a while. but the cheaper material can not be recover any more, it show our material is more flexible and softer.

1.The screen mesh mouldThe mould was holded by the wooden frame or alloy frame. There are many small holes in the mesh, the oil can be pushes in to the surface of the substrates.2.Ink warehouseWe have thousands kind of inks, which is necessary to make the all kinds of images colours.3.The image transfer machineThe machine is used to transfer the film image to the mesh image, which make photo electricity chemic reaction in the properly environment.4.The squeegee machineThis machine is used to made the screen mesh which include many layers. Those layers can be pressed to a tight multilayer mesh.5.Printing machine We have more than 5 printing machines in production line, so we can make the fast delivery to the customer's order.6.Expose shelf After the printing machine print the ink on the sticker, the wet sticker will be put on the expose shelf and make it dry.7.Press film machine The dry sticker is take from the expose shelf will be covered by a transparent PVC to protect the ink on the sticker.8.Cutting machine  The cutting machine could cut all shapes of graphics, the cut mould is embedded in the wooden board.
