1.Raw material's confect (the same mean of milling and stock)

This progress includes mixing the raw material, matching the color, counting the raw material's weight.

2.Sulfide forming(the same meaning of Oil Pressure Molding)

This progress is using the high pressure curing equipment to make the raw material though the high temperature vulcanization and make the raw material become solid molding.

3.With peak(the same mean of process and trimming) 

The silicone products ,came out from the mold, will have some deckle edge and hole crumbs  that need to be wiped out. At present, this progress is finished by hand,but some factory will use the punch to finish it.

4.Silk-Screen

This progress just be used in silicone products which have the pattern, like the customers LOGO.

Usage

Have the example for make the cake, at first need prepare the raw material:flour,eggs,jam, sugars and so on, then mix them according to the proportion.The second step is put the liquid you mix into the cases of the cake mold, should better 60% of the cases. After do this, you can put the cake mold into the oven,bake it for 3-5minites,then put it out. At last, put the silicone cake mold back off the plate, you can get the cake you want.
