Driving system
1.The whole kiln divided into several driving groups. Several driving group equips an inverter to adjust the speed. The whole kiln can be adjust to one speed or different speed.
2. Firing cycle has a big regulation range. Meanwhile, driving system also has the function of forward, backward and sway. In case of driving malfunction, in front of the accident, the driving section set in sway, below the accident, the driving section can send the products exit kiln.
3. The driving reducers are controlled in two places: on spot control box and the control panel. The on spot control box has three choices with stop, on and sway for fast disposal in case of emergency.
4. All driving system is simple, stable and easy to regulation.
